Responsibilities
Assist in the negotiation and execution of various financing facilities including CLOs, bank lines, unsecured bonds and subscription lines
Respond to investor/lender inquiry on Antares offered or existing financings
Coordinate with the Investor Relations and Marketing teams to update global marketing materials including investor pitch materials
Provide support to legal document and rating agencies processes, as applicable
Assist in the creation of materials presented to the Executive Committee and Board
Prepare analysis and presentations in support of ad hoc requests from team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Accounting or related discipline
3-5+ years of structured products or securitization experience, or other experience in leveraged finance or related markets
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong technical and analytical skills including financial analysis
Strong work ethic; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background check
Must be willing to work from the Chicago office
