The role involves leading the design and implementation of AI solutions, guiding application teams, and architecting scalable AI platforms while ensuring compliance and governance across all AI workloads.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI
Support and guide application teams in embedding AI into new and legacy enterprise applications
Perform prompt engineering, API integration, and design secure data flow architectures
Architect scalable AI platforms to support high-concurrency, low-latency environments with autoscaling and peak load strategies
Develop and maintain infrastructure using Bicep or Terraform and build CI/CD pipelines with tools like Azure DevOps
Ensure observability, compliance, and governance across all AI workloads in collaboration with DevOps/SRE teams
Create documentation, enforce cloud policies, and share knowledge across teams
Act as a technical mentor to developers, promoting responsible AI usage
Qualification
Required
Direct experience integrating Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio and other AI into Enterprise applications or services, including security configuration
Experience guiding application teams on AI integration strategies
Experience with scaling AI workloads
Experience working with app teams to migrate, modernize, or re-platform workloads in Azure, including supporting legacy integration
Experience designing and implementing reusable infrastructure using Bicep and building automated pipelines with Azure DevOps, or similar tools
