They are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Intern to provide hands-on experience in HR technology, data management, and system optimization while supporting the HR team with various responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and updating HR systems and databases

Support HR data entry, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making

Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT and HR teams for resolutions

Conduct research on HR technology trends and recommend process improvements

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all HR systems

Assist in employee onboarding, system training, and documentation

Support HR projects related to automation, compliance, and process efficiency

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's with a graduation date of December 2026 – May 2027

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field

GPA of 3.5 or higher

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, and data analysis tools

Attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Interest in HR technology, data management, and system optimization

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organization and time management skills
