Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of new fiscal year and assure key figures, hourly rates, square footage are implemented in SAP on a timely manner
Support the Business Partners in the required monthly standard reports used during upper management meetings
Analyze data and discuss findings with business partners
Support in general process improvements, if necessary, also ensuring that guidelines are being followed and assist in testing
Qualification
Required
Must be organized and the ability to work independently
Attention to detail and follow through skills are needed
Ability to learn quickly and good communication skills required
Must be a student enrolled in an accredited university or institution pursuing an undergraduate's or graduate's degree in a related field
