Responsibilities

Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures)

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure products meet design requirements

Identify and document non-conforming materials or products and provide feedback to operators

Maintain accurate inspection records

Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with company and industry standards

Monitor and enforce compliance with customer workmanship standards

Participate in root cause analysis and recommend solutions to prevent recurring issues
