The role involves managing relationships with financial market data vendors, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various internal teams to meet data requirements for trading strategies.

Responsibilities
Negotiate new contracts and ongoing contract renewals
Maintain the inventory management platform for contracts, including cost structure
Assist with usage reporting and audits
Work with Legal, HR, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, and other business areas to ensure contracts are vetted and understood
Process invoices on time
Consider colleague requests for new data vendors and services
Qualification
Required
Experience with vendor negotiation and relationship management
Motivated self-starter who can handle competing, time-sensitive priorities
Strategic thinker who can apply critical analysis to make decisions and solve problems
Excellent writing and people skills; shares information and explains ideas clearly
Preferred
Working knowledge of FITS, MDSL, or INFOmatch inventory system
