Responsibilities
Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to drive growth in valves and Waterworks products
Build, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team across different U.S. regions
Establish and expand strong relationships with municipalities, engineering firms, contractors, and distributors
Identify and pursue large-scale projects, including bids and tenders
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to guide strategic planning
Report directly to the CEO and work closely with operations, logistics, and technical teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of sales experience in the Waterworks, valves, or industrial piping industry, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of building and managing sales teams
Strong understanding of municipal waterworks projects, distributor networks, and rep agencies
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Willingness to travel frequently nationwide
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Preferred
Established network of decision-makers in utilities, contractors, or national distributors strongly preferred
MBA preferred
