Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sales process for Real-Time Exchange Datafeed and Tick History solutions, from lead generation and qualification to solution presentation and deal closure
Collaborate closely with FactSet’s New Business team and established account owners to ensure a seamless client experience
Leverage deep industry and technical expertise to understand client workflows and articulate FactSet’s value proposition in competitive scenarios
Drive pipeline growth through proactive outreach, industry networking, and targeted prospecting across assigned segments
Maintain a disciplined, KPI-driven approach to achieving and exceeding personal and team sales targets
Utilize technology platforms and CRM tools, such as Salesforce, for pipeline management and reporting
Deliver an exceptional client experience by proactively addressing needs and positioning FactSet as a trusted partner

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, account management, or business development within the financial services technology sector
In-depth knowledge of Order Management Systems, trading workflows, and real-time data environments
Proven track record of lead generation and consultative selling
Strong motivation to achieve results and exceed client expectations
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
High level of discipline, organizational excellence, and self-motivation
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

Prior use of FactSet products or similar market data platforms
Experience managing opportunities and pipeline within Salesforce or comparable CRM system
