Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue goals for commercial onsite support solutions
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their requirements and tailor support solutions accordingly
Articulate the benefits of managed services to potential clients. Have a deep understanding of staffing solutions and how they pertain to AV, broadcasting, webcasting, VIP events, video conferencing, IT and executive support
Create and present convincing presentations to key stakeholders to educate and close deals
Tailor solutions based on their unique needs and challenges, including business continuity plans to ensure staffing success
Experience in and contribute towards RFP/RFI/RFQ process with new and existing clients
Working with CRM software to track, report and forecast efforts
Be informed about changes in staffing solutions and keep up with current industry trends and technology
Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth service delivery
Ability to inspire confidence and create trust with clients
Enhance the user/client experience by meeting regularly for business reviews and exceeding their demands
Drive growth and solutions towards other departments within the company to help identify opportunities for design, service, engineering, integration, remote monitoring software and AI adoption
Collaborate with A-V Services executive management teams to ensure quality service delivery with frequent reviews
Work with cross function departments to help tailor client requests
A team minded and entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Attending frequent internal sales meetings to discuss strategic opportunities

5 years of Enterprise operations experience, with a focus on onsite staffing within multimedia sector including a focus on AV and broadcasting specialists
5 Years experience dealing with key stakeholders in an Enterprise setting
5 Years experience dealing with CRM platforms
Deep understanding of current trends within the technical and creative staffing landscape

Preferred

A relevant degree such as Business, School of Arts and Sciences, Education and Social Policy, Engineering and Computational Sciences
