Client Services Manager

MyProxy is seeking a Client Services Manager who will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful execution of client projects. This individual will manage multiple projects independently, collaborate with clients to gather requirements, and provide regular updates to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves preparing insightful reports on project progress and working closely with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality, timely project execution
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building lasting relationships
Create and manage agendas, timelines, and post-meeting notes for client meetings
Develop and review project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
Manage projects from kickoff to launch, across various sizes
Participate in med/legal reviews, take notes and aggregate comments
Prepare and edit documents for submission and approval
Understand online submission systems (Veeva, Aprimo, etc.)
Interpret and address Medical/Legal/Regulatory comments
Review live websites, HTML files, and videos for approval accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams to execute projects

Required

5–7 years of proven experience in a fast-paced marketing or related role
Client-focused and results-driven: Passionate about delivering successful outcomes for clients and projects; commercially minded with the ability to manage multiple priorities with humor and poise
Proactive and resourceful: Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and adaptable to shifting directions and frequent client requests
Collaborative and independent: Comfortable working autonomously while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams and clients
High standards and accountability: Committed to producing high-quality work with integrity and a strong sense of personal responsibility
Quick to learn and adapt: Able to thrive in the dynamic and evolving pharmaceutical marketplace
Curious and analytical: Skilled at interpreting client needs and project goals to provide thoughtful, objective-driven recommendations
Exceptional communicator: Diplomatic, professional, and personable, with the ability to clearly articulate project requirements and processes—both verbally and in writing
Organized: Strong ongoing knowledge of all project details, tasks, and status information
High attention to detail: Includes comparing documents, addressing comments, and checking for errors
Process-oriented: Must be able to follow detailed instructions while documenting all client SOPs
Strong technical abilities: Will use multiple technologies for project management and production

Preferred

Experience in biopharma marketing strongly preferred
