Responsibilities

Manage an assigned book of business while building, expanding, and strengthening client relationships

Retain existing business and drive growth through account rounding and expanded coverage solutions

Serve as a trusted advisor to both key decision-makers and day-to-day client contacts

Coordinate with Account Managers, Marketing Managers, Client Services, and other internal partners to deliver optimal coverage solutions

Provide technical expertise through analysis of client risks, coverage forms, and insurance quotations

Lead and oversee renewal negotiations, including coverage terms and pricing

Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and intermediaries

Review and oversee insurance-related contracts and agreements
