Responsibilities
Assist with quantity take-offs, subcontractor outreach, and proposal preparation
Support cost estimating, constructability reviews, and value engineering efforts
Help track project schedules, budgets, RFIs, and submittals
Assist with documentation and communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team
Shadow superintendents and field staff to learn daily jobsite management
Support site documentation, safety observations, and quality control reporting
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction software is a plus
Eagerness to learn, with the flexibility to adapt to different project needs
