Responsibilities

Own the execution of OCI Multicloud initiatives and programs that span across the OCI and Oracle Database organizations and our hyperscaler partners
Work with a diverse set of architects, product managers, development and design teams, senior executives, and external partners to take ideas, turn them into mature products, and put them in the hands of customers
Drive large-scale, cross-organizational programs and projects to play a critical role in driving product delivery
Work backward, starting with the customer, and solve difficult and often ambiguous problems in a collaborative, agile work environment
Lead conversations with designers, engineers, and product managers, and influence partners to arrive at accurate outcomes
Manage stakeholder accountability and communicate effectively with both customers and engineering teams

Required

10+ years of experience in technical program management
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience driving large-scale, cross-organizational programs and projects
History of leading large end-to-end projects

Empathy for both customers and engineering teams
Ability to work in a collaborative, agile work environment
Curiosity about creativity and innovative thinking
Ability to influence partners to arrive at accurate outcomes
