Industrial Engineer- Golf manufacturing
Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer to optimize production systems in their golf club manufacturing facility. The role involves improving manufacturing processes, supporting lean initiatives, and collaborating with various teams to enhance production efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows and assembly line configurations for various golf club product lines (drivers, irons, putters, etc.)
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase throughput
Conduct time and motion studies to set labor standards and identify productivity improvements
Lead Kaizen events, 5S programs, and process standardization initiatives
Collaborate with product design, quality, and operations teams to enhance design for manufacturability (DFM) and ease of assembly
Monitor and report production KPIs, including cycle time, OEE, downtime, scrap rate, quality, and line utilization
Develop and maintain accurate work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation
Evaluate and justify investments in equipment, tooling, and automation for ROI and efficiency
Support new product introduction (NPI) by designing scalable, repeatable, and cost-effective production processes
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment; experience with golf equipment or discrete assembly is a plus
Proficiency in Lean principles, value stream mapping, and process optimization
Experience with CAD, ERP/MRP systems, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Analytical and hands-on approach with a focus on results and continuous improvement
Preferred
Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
Experience with automation or CNC machining
Familiarity with golf club production processes (e.g., shaft bonding, club head finishing, swingweight calibration)
