Client Liaison – Advisor Support Team (Fathom Financial Partners)
Michigan Financial Companies is committed to providing purposeful financial guidance and is seeking a Client Liaison to join their advisor support team. This role is focused on building relationships and supporting advisors and clients through effective communication, event coordination, and data management.

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, professional communication
Assist with client meeting preparation, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure next steps are completed
Help coordinate client appreciation and educational events that strengthen relationships
Manage advisor calendars to ensure time is focused on clients
Partner with the operations team to route client requests efficiently
Maintain accurate client and prospect data in CRM (Redtail experience a plus)
Support marketing and outreach activities, including follow-ups, communications, and event coordination
Track and organize prospect pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-up
Schedule and coordinate prospect meetings, workshops, and events
Assist with communications that reflect Fathom’s values of partnership and clarity
Qualification
Required
Professional, client-focused demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organized; able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and resourceful — able to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly
Collaborative team player who values partnership and contributes positively to culture
Resilient and adaptable — able to handle direct, fast-paced communication while maintaining professionalism and care
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; CRM experience preferred
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; prior financial services or client-facing experience
