Responsibilities

Evaluate and document current business and management processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness improvements

Recommend and facilitate implementation of new or enhanced processes, tools, and practices

Aggregate and analyze performance management data at program and enterprise levels

Develop roadmaps to improve alignment of organizational resources with mission priorities

Engage stakeholders to assess the need for new systems or system replacements

Prepare clear, data-driven recommendations and periodic presentations for senior leadership
