Maison MRKT is a company focused on connecting top brands with their customers through data and technology. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join their Growth Marketing team, responsible for driving performance acquisition and retention goals through various digital strategies and data analysis.

Responsibilities
Build and execute best-in-class digital strategies to achieve acquisition and retention goals leveraging paid media tactics
Manage ad creatives, audiences, and campaigns across channels to maximize efficiency
Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to exceed aggressive company goals; utilize a strong background in experiment design and evaluation
Work closely with data to build program features and creatives that enable a scalable acquisition program
Research and evaluate growth opportunities, prioritize the most impactful strategies, and evaluate data science requirements for program deployments
Be an end-to-end channel owner which includes expertise in tracking, audience creation, measurement, attribution, optimization, and automation across an owned roster of clients
Qualification
Required

Experience or interest in working with platform partners such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Video Ads, Display Networks, TikTok Ads, and other relevant paid media channels
Analytical and data savvy marketer
Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights and data to inform growth strategy
Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact; ability to influence and work cross-functionally across several clients and organizations
Highly organizational to manage shifting deadlines across your portfolio of clients
A willingness to take on new and exciting projects in the quickly changing digital landscape
