Responsibilities
Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion
Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources
Develop, implement, and improve processes, techniques, and disciplines to coordinate and carry out the activities and processes required to deliver and manage services
Implement processes to ensure ongoing management and control of the day-to-day activities and technology that is used to deliver and support services
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree and 5 years of experience in Information Technology or in a related area
Requires Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certifications
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Information Technology Service Management
Experience performing a variety of complicated tasks
