VP/Director of Payer Growth

Responsibilities

Lead sales and partnership efforts with national and regional payers across lines of business to drive adoption and scale for Roivant Health’s portfolio companies
Drive go-to-market strategy and implementation, including both hands-on lead generation and high-level sales motions to support the entire sales pipeline through to contracting
Support the development and execution of value-based care strategies and contracts in collaboration with Roivant Health and Vant leadership
Collaborate closely with the leadership teams of individual Roivant Health Vants to understand their specific needs and tailor business development approaches for optimal market fit and growth
Provide market insights from the payer landscape back to Roivant Health's incubation teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies

Required

Exceptional academic background
Proven track record of successfully signing new payer and strategic partnerships within a fast-paced healthcare technology and/or services company
Deep familiarity with the health insurance ecosystem, including an in-depth understanding of strategic priorities, operational challenges, governance structures, and contracting mechanisms
Detailed experience in a specific geography, market or lines of business is welcomed though not essential
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and entrepreneurially in a fast-paced environment
Excellent strategic, communication, and execution skills
Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills are highly valued
