Bilingual Technical Support Specialist

Reynolds and Reynolds is currently seeking Technical Support Specialists who are bilingual in Spanish and English. In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact for customers, providing support and troubleshooting for various computer equipment.

Responsibilities

Supporting our customers with troubleshooting computer equipment such as PCs, Scanners, Printers, Data Communication Equipment, Routers, Switches, Wireless, RFID, Antivirus and Firewalls

Interact with customers and associates to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved

Required

Bilingual in Spanish and English
