Responsibilities
Assist WA leads with OPFOR planning, synchronization, and battle tracking; develop inputs to OPORDs/FRAGOs and reporting
Create and manage control measures, OOB updates, and event injects within WARSIM/JLCCTC and EXCON tools; coordinate with WSCs
Replicate staff processes that challenge training audiences across the warfighting functions and echelons
Capture observations and data to support AARs and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship
3+ years of staff experience at brigade/division (operations, plans, intel, fires, sustainment, or protection)
Familiarity with decisive action scenarios and Army/Joint planning processes (MDMP/JOPP)
Technical aptitude with constructive sims or rapid learner
Preferred
Prior OPFOR, MCTP, or CTC experience; CPCE/JEMM familiarity; data/visualization skills
MOS/FA backgrounds spanning maneuver and enabling WfFs
