Heliux is a software platform that accelerates enterprise-wide operations for manufacturers. The Chief of Staff will lead business operations, manage strategic projects, and support customer deployments to optimize the company's performance.

Responsibilities

Manage internal business functions across accounting, financial planning, recruiting operations, human resources, revenue operations, and more

Drive strategic projects from start to finish with an extreme sense of urgency. Examples may include security compliance, fundraising support, pricing strategy, etc

Support customer implementations from contracting, through deployments, and to successful system go-lives

Relentlessly solve any and all problems that stand in the way of company objectives—and therefore, our success

Required

Proven experience standing up, managing, and continuously improving cross-functional business operations in ambiguous environments

Demonstrated proficiency in fundamentals of a software/technology business, including but not limited to deployment operations, financial modeling, revenue operations, etc

Rapid career advancement in startups, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity

Inherent desire to operate with extreme levels of urgency across all aspects of life and work
