Interns will gain valuable experience in the supply chain industry by working on projects related to preconstruction specifications, construction progress analysis, and vendor cost reviews.

Responsibilities
Pre-construction specifications review and value engineering analysis
Construction progress review and analysis
Preconstruction / Construction Schedule development and review
Vendor review and cost analysis ranking
Construction bid package development and review
Review and analysis of cost-effective alternative building techniques in cold storage
Participate in Integrated Design Reviews for new construction
Qualification
Required
Currently a raising sophomore or junior enrolled at an accredited college/university for an undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field of study
Power BI, Microsoft suite including MS project, strong excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably at all levels of the organization including with senior level leaders
Detailed oriented, multi-tasking, and analytical problem-solving skills
Preferred
Adaptability in complex matrix project teams
Eager to learn
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
Presentation and reporting skills
Ability to travel by car or commercial flight
