Wells Enterprises is a company seeking an intern for the Summer 2026 term to provide essential support for departmental functions. The role involves managing commercialization projects, assisting with the commercialization process, and supporting departmental deliverables.

Responsibilities

Manage and/or co-manage Commercialization project(s) using basic PM methodologies (e.g. defining the scope of work and success criteria, creating timelines, evaluating risk, and driving the overall project)

Learn the Commercialization process and assist the team with completing necessary tasks such as new item creation, artwork review, data management, etc

Practice working with all levels of stakeholders by facilitating and/or co-facilitating project team meetings

Perform operational and administrative functions as it relates to academic major

Independently work on special projects as assigned by functional leader

Assist in implementing functional strategies and contribute to the team's success in reaching goals and objectives

Support the departmental deliverables and be proactive in planning and supporting tasks
