JIRA Workflow Developer

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, fields, and dashboards
Develop JIRA queries, filters, and automation rules to streamline reporting
Support integration between JIRA and Confluence to align analysis tasking
Assist with documenting workflow configurations and usage guides
Provide draft reporting views and metrics for government-led reviews
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure workflow alignment with PA40 planning

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
Eligible to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Experience with Atlassian JIRA administration or comparable task management systems
Knowledge of JIRA query language (JQL)
Familiarity with workflow design, automation rules, and reporting dashboards
Strong organizational and technical problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users
Team-oriented approach with attention to detail
Must be willing to work on site in Norco, California
