Responsibilities
Daily communication with managers to ensure most current product knowledge
Act as a liaison between Program Management/Client
Review program specification prior to mailing
Be proactive in researching any potential issues using the current program system
Research daily concerns or issues and deliver resolution in a timely manner
Maintain an inventory of program samples to be supplied to the Service Team
Responsible for knowing program participation numbers
Perform other related duties as needed to support corporate objectives
Act in the best interest of the company by applying stated corporate values
Inspecting output samples, comparing to standards, measuring dimension and specs
Qualification
Required
Prior knowledge of printing process
High School Diploma, required
Conscientious and detail oriented
Strong analytical skills
Proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Intermediate level computer competency
Flexibility to work when needed under deadlines
Strong Communication Skills
Preferred
Prefer 1-2 years of related experience
