Responsibilities

Manage the Design Team to mentor, train and develop team members

Provide technical support to the sales team as needed

Provide quality control and direction to produce effective, efficient designs

Review progress with the design team for tracking budgets

Collaborate with the design team, project managers, and field superintendents to identify scheduling issues, material/data procurement and maintain efficient progress

Review material and design specifications for efficient compliance with contract scope
