They are seeking to hire Investment Banking Senior Analysts and Associates for their Los Angeles office to assist with the execution of transactions, manage key working streams, and maintain relationships with other offices to support cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

Assist with the execution of transactions, including M&A and Corporate Finance
Manage key working streams of transactions in a flawless and efficient manner
Coordinate project deliverables and due diligence processes
Develop financial models and valuation analysis
Draft transaction related documents and marketing presentations
Assist in business development initiatives
Actively support and manage periodical sector reports published by Drake Star
Maintain relationships with other Drake Star Partners' offices to support the origination and execution of cross-border transactions

Qualification

Required

2 - 6 years of M&A, corporate finance experience, or related experience that can demonstrate strong execution support capabilities
Outstanding analytical/problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills and high level of attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent command of written and spoken English
Bachelors and/or Masters degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline

Preferred

Tech sector experience, including digital media and software sectors
