Business Architect (Net-Centric)
Knowesis Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Net-Centric Business Architect to support the DoD OIG OCIO in designing and executing business and operating models that drive transformation, efficiency, and strategic alignment. This role focuses on analyzing business capabilities, processes, and functions to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights across functional areas
Facilitate the development of a business capability model aligned with the organization’s value chain
Decompose capabilities into business processes and create detailed process models
Assess the health and maturity of existing business capabilities
Identify gaps and recommend future-state roadmap strategies to address them
Support identification of digital opportunities to enhance mission delivery
Analyze current technology investment prioritization and recommend improvements based on industry best practices
Provide actionable insights to support organizational change, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience in business architecture, process modeling, or enterprise transformation
Familiarity with frameworks such as BIZBOK, TOGAF, or DoDAF
Strong facilitation, analytical, and documentation skills
Experience working in federal environments or supporting large-scale organizational change
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future
