Responsibilities
Grow your assigned territory (Hershey, PA, Lebanon County, and surrounding area) by developing new referral relationships and strengthening existing ones
Prospect, cold call, and schedule meetings with physicians, hospitals, rehab facilities, and other referral sources
Present products and educate healthcare professionals about new services and solutions
Build lasting partnerships that contribute to new patient referrals—and ultimately, expansion into additional locations
Meet and exceed sales goals with the support of a collaborative, mission-driven team
Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive data
Represent Lawall at professional meetings, conferences, and community events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (preferred) and valid driver's license
3+ years of sales experience (healthcare, medical device, or B2B preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
Driven and adaptable—you enjoy growing new business and finding opportunities
Comfortable with travel throughout your territory
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Self-starter with the ability to manage your schedule and territory independently
