Act as the first line of support for developers using GitHub Copilot and the AI Gateway
Review and troubleshoot API usage errors, model connectivity issues, and tooling integration problems
Manage user provisioning and access control requests
Coordinate with platform owners; Maintain documentation
Communicate via Teams and ticketing systems
Contribute to lightweight tooling enhancements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering
Proficiency in Python scripting and REST APIs
Familiarity with Git and VS Code
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools
Understanding of LLMs and model governance
Large enterprise experience
Proxy tools like Apigee or Kong
