Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Trainee Internship designed for university/college students to gain valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will engage in real-world experiences, learning to manage a fleet of vehicles, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management
Take on the same challenges as first and second year full-time professionals
Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers
Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers

Qualification

Sales experienceCustomer service experienceManagement experienceLeadership experienceTeam collaboration

Required

Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Spring, starting mid-January
