Responsibilities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications and assess their working order
Familiarity with soldering and micro-welding equipment
Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ensure environmental and safety standards are consistently met, identifying problems, and making repairs quickly
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of inventory tracking processes is a plus

Qualification
Required
3+ years technician experience in an industrial or commercial environment
Understanding of electronic components, their functions, and their interactions within circuits
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Basic computer skills for documenting work and communicating
Ability to handle small and delicate components without causing damage
Clear and effective communication skills
Able to lift 50-75 lb
This position may involve duties that require operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites. As such, candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy
Preferred
Familiarity with soldering and micro-welding equipment
Knowledge of inventory tracking processes is a plus
Familiarity with Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment is a plus
Bitman repair certification is a plus
Background in trouble shooting electrical functionality is a plus
