Responsibilities

Support the operations team in various tasks, including coordinating with different departments, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth workflow

Evaluate quotes and services to determine the most desirable suppliers

Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

Maintains and analyzes inventory levels and makes recommendations

Analyze existing operations and propose innovative ideas to streamline procedures and reduce costs

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operations. Generate reports and presentations summarizing key findings to assist in decision-making processes

Assist in project planning and labor cost and resource allocation

Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operations, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and performance metrics

Collaborate with key leaders and teams to facilitate effective communication, resolve operational issues, and ensure alignment across departments
