Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of NPI, EC, and EOL projects within manufacturing operations
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, supply chain, quality, and production teams
Coordinate operational implementation of engineering changes, ensuring proper documentation, validation, and communication
Lead EOL planning and execution, including inventory management, last-time buys, and production ramp-downs
Support product phase-in/phase-out strategies to optimize operational impact
Ensure manufacturing readiness for new products, including tooling, process validation, and training
Drive risk assessments and mitigation plans for all product changes
Monitor and report on project KPIs including cost, schedule, and quality metrics
Act as the primary point of contact for operations-related product change initiatives
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders
Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across departments
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, project management, or product lifecycle management
Proven track record managing complex cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of NPI, EC, and EOL processes
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, automotive, aerospace)
Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Agile)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field
