Responsibilities
Will participate in the development and validation of inhalation test methods through execution of defined experiments under oversight
Test methods to be executed include dose content uniformity, cascade impaction by Next Generation Impactor, Karl Fischer moisture content, spray pattern, plume geometry, etc
Will provide support of inhaled product development programs from reverse engineering through registration stabilities by performing active and excipient assays as well as executing performance test methods on a variety of formulations
Verbal communication of results and observations to the development team as well as written communication via study reports will be necessary
Qualification
Required
Must be able to perform laboratories duties that require standing for up to 90% of the work day
Lifting containers containing 4L or more of liquids
Fine motor skills for conducting laboratory experiments (including weighing and pipetting)
BA/BS in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with 0+ years of experience (pharmaceuticals or related)
Preferred
cGMP laboratory experience
Experience with execution or support of inhaled product testing
