Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the CTO to define and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with overall business goals
Hands-on leadership of technical teams developing advanced materials
Assist the CTO in driving technology roadmap planning, budgeting, and performance measurement
Support recruiting and development of technical talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Act as a key liaison between the technology department and executive leadership, presenting complex technical concepts in business terms
Represent Cambium’s technical vision to external stakeholders when needed
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelors or higher in a relevant subject
8+ years industry experience
Strong material science background
A deep technical understanding of polymer composites & adhesives
Must have experience in the development and qualification of advanced materials in the aerospace industry
You must have a strong desire to learn and be willing to work in a hands-on role
Strong bias for action
Exceptional communication
Demonstrated leadership of technical teams
Due to the nature of the work, you must have US citizenship
Be a great teammate
This is an on-site role based in El Segundo, CA
