Required
Passion for coaching and developing young players
Minimum of 1 year of successful coaching experience at the collegiate or high school level, and/or in a strong club volleyball setting
High level playing or team managerial experience may be considered in lieu of the full year of coaching experience
Ability to promote and create a positive team culture
Ability to develop fundamentals and skills of the game
Ability to organize and enthusiastically run practices
Ability to implement effective game strategies
Maintain a high standard of integrity in all aspects of team management
Foster a culture that promotes the Quaker values of the School and academic experience of the student
Intentionally integrate school core values as the framework from which to coach and build athletic programs
A thoughtful approach and a desire to constantly improve and innovative thinking will be essential to success in this role
