Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support product launches and achieve revenue targets
Manage the full product lifecycle, including introductions, transitions, and phase-outs
Define product messaging and positioning that differentiates offerings in the marketplace
Create sales enablement materials, collateral, and training programs to support sales team effectiveness
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
Build and leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers to gather insights and foster advocacy
Partner with Upstream Marketing, Product Development, and Regulatory team members to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging
Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales to drive adoption and market success
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives
Analyze campaign performance and sales data to optimize strategies and improve ROI

Required

Experience in healthcare or medical devices
Understanding of the complexities of regulated markets

Experience in managing the full product lifecycle
Ability to define product messaging and positioning
Experience in creating sales enablement materials, collateral, and training programs
Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
Ability to build and leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers
Experience in partnering with Upstream Marketing, Product Development, and Regulatory teams
Ability to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Experience in analyzing campaign performance and sales data
