Responsibilities

Answers calls as the first point of contact for clients and assigns incoming support tickets to the appropriate technician or queue based on urgency and type
Handles basic Tier 1 tasks directly, such as password resets and simple troubleshooting
Manages a high volume of calls/day and tickets, including urgent ones, and must prioritize effectively
Uses strong organizational skills to juggle a full calendar, shifting lower-priority items to accommodate urgent needs
Monitors ticket flow daily, flags stalled tickets, and ensures progress — includes light quality assurance

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeIT infrastructureTier 1 supportCall center experienceCustomer service skillsFast-paced environment

Required

1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or coordination role, with basic technical understanding
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and terminology
Hands-on Tier 1 support: password resets, basic troubleshooting
Prior call center or service scheduling experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Excellent customer service skills are required

Preferred

Experience with ticketing systems is a bonus!
