Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to Finxact core banking functionalities

Support the configuration and integration of Finxact with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., digital channels, payments, cards)

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories

Collaborate with Finxact and internal teams to ensure alignment on product capabilities, limitations, and customization

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and production validation

Help define and maintain core banking workflows such as account opening, servicing, lending, and deposits

Provide expertise in Finxact APIs, data models, and banking domain knowledge

Monitor and report progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and project managers

Required

5+ years of experience in banking or fintech as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role

Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with Finxact core banking platform (or strong exposure to similar platforms like FIS, Temenos, or Fiserv)

Deep understanding of core banking processes: deposits, payments, lending, account servicing, etc

Hands-on experience with API specifications, data mapping, and system integration

Strong documentation skills: BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SQL

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Familiarity with digital banking platforms, cards/payments systems, or customer onboarding solutions

Prior experience in client-facing roles or working directly with Finxact/FIS teams
