Installation Project Manager

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
Define project scope and lead internal teams to ensure coordinated execution
Develop and manage detailed project timelines, micro-schedules, and installation plans
Oversee pricing, order entry, and change order management
Coordinate with warehouse and field teams to anticipate challenges and ensure deliverables are met
Generate and distribute daily pull lists for warehouse loading
Monitor and manage project budgets, tracking actual vs. projected costs
Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and installation of products
Collaborate with architects, designers, manufacturers, contractors, and end-users to clarify specifications and resolve technical issues
Attend construction and project meetings as needed
Maintain comprehensive documentation including budgets, pricing summaries, project notes, and client approvals
Provide daily updates to clients on product receiving and project progress
Review receiving reports and reconcile with client delivery tickets
Communicate product discrepancies and resolutions to clients
Manage final project close-out procedures
Support the Field Logistics Manager and mentor the Installation Project Assistant
Represent CRI’s brand and values in all internal and external interactions
Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4+ years of project management experience
Proven track record in managing complex projects within the contract furniture or related industries
Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with commercial furniture installation, construction projects, logistics, and workplace trends
Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
Ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF
Must have reliable transportation; travel to client sites within the Bay Area is required
Experience using IQ Coordinator for project tracking, scheduling, and communication across teams
