Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain internal and client network equipment and infrastructure
Proactively monitor networks, troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalate as needed, and respond to outages within SLAs
Patch and maintain client network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security
Define, document, and enforce system standards; maintain diagrams and technical documentation
Manage internal and client-facing IP space and related configurations
Work closely with support teams, peers, leadership, and client stakeholders to communicate project updates and performance
Participate in project work, provide onsite support when needed, and serve in a rotating on-call schedule
Qualification
Required
2–4 years' network management/troubleshooting experience
CompTIA Network+ required
Hands-on with Cisco Meraki/SonicWall
Knowledge of Windows Server, Azure networking, and IT support tools
Strong diagnostic skills for complex technical issues
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to change
Excellent communication, listening, and client-care skills
Accurate documentation and scheduling practices
Self-motivated and effective in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
A+, Security+, or Cisco CCST preferred
