Responsibilities

Work autonomously at times and collaborate with the balance of the development team as required
Perform both automated and manual testing of newly developed web-based software
Perform regression testing on legacy software
Document any bugs or deficiencies found during testing
Follow existing test cases and create new cases to support new software APIs
Perform accessibility testing, rating the applications, and create the documentation necessary to resolve any known issues
Use Accessibility Standards and Tools to ensure the software is compliant with the customer’s accessibility standards

Required

Must have a TS security clearance with Polygraph
Experience testing APIs and performing back-end testing
Demonstrated proficiency in UI testing
Demonstrated experience and ability to write thorough test procedures
Experience testing Linux applications
Experience with back-end testing and testing APIs
Knowledge of submitting request commands from the command line or using a tool to do so
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience with Selenium

Preferred

Experience with JMeter, GitHub, and/or at least one of the following development languages: Java, Python, Bash, Curl, XML
Experience with a developer IDE such as Eclipse or IntelliJ
Experience testing in an AWS environment
