Required

Bachelor Degree in Technical discipline or equivalent

6-10+ years of relevant Systems Engineering experience

Preferred

Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline

Experience with FADEC technology

Subject matter expertise in one or more of the domain or technology related to engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems

Product development experience including requirement analysis, architecture, system design, integration and test

Team Leadership experience including project technical leadership and/or Systems functional leadership

Experience with engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems

Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions

Experience with Integration and Test
