Serve as a lead example for customer service, maintenance of the shop and project specific seasonal pricing for the retail staff, volunteers, and donors
Assist with assigned managerial duties of Thrift Shop operations to contribute to the organization’s mission and goals in accordance with agency policies, procedures, applicable laws, and regulations

Qualification

Retail sales experienceFashion trendsAntiques/collectiblesCustomer serviceSpanish language proficiency

Required

High School Diploma or 2 year's equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years retail sales experience, preferably in resale or thrift settings
Knowledge of fashion trends and antiques/collectibles

Preferred

Spanish is a huge plus
