Responsibilities
Handling any situation with customers that may arise
Assisting customers with any questions regarding their service
Building positive rapport with customers with different personality types
Participating in daily team meetings to gain new knowledge about our clients
Problem-solving in real-time to give our customers high-quality service
Communicating and collaborating with fellow Client Service Representatives
Performing above-average Client Service in quality, customer service, attendance, attitude, mindset, and efficiency
Delivering all client service with a positive attitude and compassionate manner to maintain customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equal certificate of completion; Bachelor's degree is a plus
1-3 years of customer service experience
Detail Oriented and positive attitude to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
A problem-solving individual who can follow instructions but can also use their independent judgment to handle any situation
A goal-oriented individual that can work in a team environment
Previous customer service experience or client service experience
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English, not required but is a bonus
