Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, performant frontend architectures using React with TypeScript
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established coding standards and best practices
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
Lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions for complex frontend systems
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive user experiences
Participate in technical planning and roadmap discussions
Contribute to engineering standards and development processes
Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of modern frontend development experience, with strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
5+ years of experience working with API integrations and data fetching patterns
3+ years working with state management libraries (React Context, Redux, Zustand)
3+ years of experience working with testing frameworks (unit testing with Vitest, e2e testing with Playwright)
Strong understanding of responsive design, HTML, and CSS
Experience working with design systems and component libraries (Antd, MUI)
Proficiency with Git and version control systems
Preferred
Strong communication skills and understanding of how to tie technical problems to business impact
Experience building CICD pipelines using Azure Pipelines or similar
Experience deploying services and infrastructure using Azure Cloud or AWS
Experience designing and building scalable, highly available, and reliable cloud applications with a strong focus on secure coding practices
Openness to exploring and learning about AI services, products, and research
