Responsibilities
Maintain and update site HSE documentation (e.g., SOPs, audits, compliance logs)
Coordinate intake and routing of technical compliance tasks to the Governance team
Support and maintain MST applications to help sites manage their HSE management systems
Assist with the creation and implementation of site level MOS and execution of operational tools for the HSE Management System
Ensure alignment with Honeywell HSEMS and HSEPS standards
Provide interim coverage for site HSE roles when needed
Travel requirement: up to 50% (US/Canada)
Qualification
Required
U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
Experience in maintaining and updating HSE documentation (e.g., SOPs, audits, compliance logs)
Ability to coordinate intake and routing of technical compliance tasks to the Governance team
Experience in supporting and maintaining MST applications for HSE management systems
Experience in creating and implementing site level MOS and execution of operational tools for the HSE Management System
Knowledge of Honeywell HSEMS and HSEPS standards
Ability to provide interim coverage for site HSE roles when needed
Willingness to travel up to 50% (US/Canada)
