Responsibilities
Work closely with CM partners to develop industry leading eero products
Instill and evangelize a standard for hardware maturity. Help enforce engineering rigor and manage executive expectations
Structure our long-range roadmap development. Queue up exploratory activities and stay abreast of industry trends and new technology development
Set the hardware schedule. Define the critical path and develop a build cadence that sets ambitious targets while managing risk
Be the hub for hardware communication. Act as the primary point of contact for overall hardware development
Track program risks and drive closure on engineering issues. Organize and host design maturity reviews and enforce project milestones
Experience with both wired and wireless networks
Minimum 25% international travel required for team collaboration, meeting external partners, and hardware build support
Qualification
Required
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience with both wired and wireless networks
Minimum 25% international travel required for team collaboration, meeting external partners, and hardware build support
Preferred
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
